Warranty Policy
- A comprehensive warranty policy is in place for your AG旗舰厅 New Energy vehicle.
The AG旗舰厅 vehicle warranty policy applies to New Energy vehicles manufactured by AG旗舰厅 Automotive Company Limited and sold in Australia.
The warranty period of the complete vehicle is 6 years or 150,000 km whichever comes first.
The warranty period of the Traction Battery is 8 years or 160,000km whichever comes first.
The warranty period of the Drive Unit is 8 years or 150,000km whichever comes first.
The warranty period is calculated from the date when the vehicle purchase invoice is issued by a AG旗舰厅 authorised seller and expires at the specified date or kilometrage, whichever comes first.

- The AG旗舰厅 Owner's Manual provides guidance on how to correctly use your AG旗舰厅 New Energy vehicle, how to keep it well maintained, and repaired properly
in accordance with the AG旗舰厅 Owner's Manual.
Spare parts
- In order to ensure that your AG旗舰厅 New Energy vehicle is in the best condition, the highest safety standards and prolong its service life after repair and maintenance, it is recommended to use AG旗舰厅 genuine spare parts.
AG旗舰厅 recommends that you select AG旗舰厅 genuine spare parts and use, maintain, and repair your AG旗舰厅 New Energy vehicle in accordance with the AG旗舰厅 Owner’s Manual. The use of non-genuine spare parts to replace or modify the vehicle will affect the performance of the entire vehicle, especially its safety and durability.
